Gingerbread Woman Cookie Cutters (Huge) can be decorated to look like brides, nurses, ballerinas, etc. The dough is easier to handle when you roll it out between sheets of parchment paper. Cut-out cookie on parchment paper and remove the excess dough. Carefully slide parchment paper onto cookie sheet and bake. When done, slide cookie and parchment paper to cooling rack. When not in use, tie a bow around her neck and hang her on the wall for decoration.
