Meringue Powder adds body to royal icing, boiled icing, meringue and stabilizes buttercream icing. Can also be used to replace egg white in many recipes. Royal icing is used to make flowers and decorations that can last for months without softening if properly stored. Royal icing dries hard and is great to use for decorated cookies. Meringue Powder is a pasteurized egg product. 8 ounces. INGREDIENTS: Corn Starch, Egg Whites, Sugar Citric Acid, Vegetable Gum, Potassium Tartrate, Sodium Aluminum Sulfate, Artificial Flavor.
