New Jersey Cookie Cutter (State Shape) measures 3 x 5-1/2 inches and was admitted as the 3rd state in 1787. New Jersey's state animal is the horse and it has more horses per square mile than any other state. New Jersey Cookie Cutter (State Shape) will be 1-1/8 inches deep after one side of the copper is tightly folded over for safety and stability.
