Powdered Food Color, Super White contains 9 grams of vibrant fine powder food coloring. Mix in a small amount of color at a time until desired color is achieved. Shades can be lighter or darker than our photo depending on how much color you use and computer monitors. Powdered Food Color, Super White is excellent to color items you don't want to mix with water, like white chocolate, white non-pareils, sugar, coconut, sand, etc. Not recommended for use in buttercream icing.
