Silver Stars Edible Glitter adds sparkle to icing with this fun edible star-shaped gum Arabic glitter. Great to sprinkle onto cake icing, cupcakes, cookies and ice cream. Silver Stars Edible Glitter bottles contain 4.5 grams or 0.16 ounces, sold by weight, not volume, so bottles will not be full. Each tiny star measures approximately 1/8". INGREDIENTS: HPMC, Propylene Glycol Mica, Titanium Dioxide, Red #40, Blue #1, Yellow #6, Yellow #5. Kosher.
