Sugar Pearls (Pearlized White) are 4mm (approx. 1/8-inch) balls of crunchy sugar based decorations that are approved by the FDA. These white pearlized 4mm pearls have a pale lilac tint to them. Use to add colorful detail to cookies or any other baked goods. To apply, sprinkle on surface of fresh icing or carefully apply details with fingers or Tweezers. INGREDIENTS: Sugar, Starch (of Wheat/Corn), Glucose Syrup, Titanium Dioxide, FD&C Red #3, FD&C Blue #1, Mica, Glazing Agent Shellac, Vegetable Oil.
This product is prepared and packaged using machines that may come into contact with Wheat/Gluten, Eggs, Dairy or Dairy Products, Peanuts, Soy, Tree Nuts.
