Fireman hat shaped sugar cookies are easy to make and decorate using our cookie cutter.
To decorate, simply flood the entire cookie with red icing. To get a good red you can either use
pre-mixed red cookie icing or make your own. Mixing a true red takes lots of icing color,
so you may want to buy at least one 1oz jar of red icing color. If mixing your own icing,
mix and refrigerate the night before decorating to allow colors time to deepen.

To decorate, pipe around outline of cookie with red icing, then flood the center with thinner icing.
Allow icing to dry, then pipe detail lines onto the hat and brim.
You could also add an emblem to the front of the helmet in gold or white.
