Royal Icing Mix needs only water and flavoring to create a quick icing that colors beautifully.
Royal Icing Mix dries to a smooth and glossy hard finish which works great for cookies, but is also good for lettering, borders flowers and gingerbread houses.
1-pound package requires 4-1/2 to 5 Tablespoons of water and approx 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla, lemon or almond extract. Slightly thin icing with water to "flow" on cookies. Keep covered with a damp towel. Store in airtight, clean, greaseless container and re-whip when ready to use.
