When will you ship my order?
Orders usually leave our Kansas Workshop in 1 to 3 business days. Large orders may be delayed and occasionally a gift or decorating item may be out of stock. We will let you know by email if there will be a shipping delay. Because we make our own cookie cutters they are always considered to be in stock. All Items are shipped directly from our Kansas Workshop.
Holiday Crunch:
We take on extra help every year to help fill our holiday orders but delivery delays on the part of delivery services may occur. Our best advice is to order early or select Rush Delivery.
Out of Stock: While we produce most items on demand in our workshop, some items we order from our suppliers. When an item has been particularly popular, we may be temporarily out of stock. We will notify you by email if this occurs.

Do you ship outside the USA?
We ship worldwide through the United States Postal Service. Due to occassional delays in customs we cannot predict when your order will arrive. Shipping options and normal delivery expectations are displayed during checkout and vary based on destination country and the estimated weight of your order. All International shipping prices shown during checkout are a sum of approximate actual postage and a $5.00 International surcharge.

Does CopperGifts.com match competitors prices?
Our prices are low when you consider the quality of our cookie cutters. We use a heavier weight of copper than our competitors and we fold one side of the copper over so the cookie cutter will be extra strong, hold its shape, and be comfortable to hold in your hand. This fold also makes the cutters safe for children to use. Each of our cookie cutters are hand shaped, hand soldered and marked with our "Maker's Mark". Because of this attention to quality, we generally cannot undercut the prices of foreign made or mass-produced cookie cutters.

Does CopperGifts.com have a catalog?
Photos of our copper cookie cutters and gifts are only available on our website.

What is your return policy?
If you need to return an item, please notify us by email or telephone. You may return unused, resalable cookie cutters or other non-food merchandise within 30 days of the invoice date. We cannot accept returns of edible decorating items. We must have a copy of the invoice to process a return. We will exchange or refund, minus the initial shipping charges. The refund will be credited to your credit card.

There is a star and name impressed on my cookie cutter, what does this mean?
Each cookie cutter produced by CopperGifts.com bears a "maker's mark" impressed onto it by the artist. The maker's mark dates back to the early middle ages when metal craftsmen marked each piece they created with a distinctive symbol, much like an artist signs a finished painting. Since our process of making cookie cutter emphasizes traditional and quality workmanship, we designed our own maker's mark. The star is the traditional mark of our workshop and the word "BRAMAN" is the last name of our owner/coppersmith, Raymond Braman (When Braman is correctly pronounced, the name rhymes).
